The Kalkaska County Clerk serves as the clerk for the 46th Circuit Court and keeps county court records dating back to 1871. This is the office to contact for circuit case files, certified copies, marriage license applications, and genealogy research by mail or in person.

Kalkaska County Courthouse

The circuit, district, probate, and family divisions of the 46th Circuit Trial Court all share the same courthouse campus on North Birch Street. An outdoor dropbox is available for certain transactions, and documents left after 4:00 p.m. count as received the next business day.
